Purchase your helicopter tour tickets inside Hoffstadt Bluffs Visitor Center.
Departing every 30 minutes, June thru September, from Hoffstadt Bluffs Visitor
Center, M.P. 27, Hwy 504 ( Exit 49, I-5 Castle Rock ). Helicopter Tour Flights from
11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, weather permitting, subject to minimum 3 passengers per
flight. Bell Jet Ranger seats 4 plus the pilot and is maintained and piloted by
Hillsboro Aviation, the Northwest‘s leading helicopter operator. Cameras
welcome. Call Hoffstadt Bluffs at 360-274-7750 the morning or day before to
confirm availability and weather. Allow 30 minutes for your tour which flies over
the devastated Toutle River Valley, over the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Elk
Reserve, past Coldwater and Johnston Ridge and straight up past Spirit Lake
and to the Crater where you’ll have a view of America‘s only active volcano - now
re-building itself after an 18 year period of quietness. Our world-wide visitors

Ticket Pricing - $129 person. : Senior, Children, Military & Group Discounts
Tickets are normally $129 per person plus tax. Seniors, Children under 18,
Active military, and groups of 3 or more are $114 each plus tax. Tickets may be
purchased in the Center at the time of your flight. Waiting time is usually less
than an hour which allows time to enjoy the restaurant, gift shop, book store and
glass blowing studio.
